These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “T&C”) govern the use of rehearsal room, recording studio, and related services provided by the Service Provider.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider may offer the following services:

• rehearsal room rental
• recording studio services
• audio recording
• mixing and mastering
• music production services
• use of musical instruments and technical equipment
• other services advertised on the Website or agreed individually

The exact scope of services is always defined by individual agreement or booking.

3. Booking Process

Bookings may be made via:

• website
• telephone
• e-mail
• social media messages
• in person

A booking becomes valid only upon confirmation by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing justification.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are based on prices published on the Website, social media platforms, or in individual offers.

Payment methods may include:

• cash
• bank transfer
• electronic payment
• any other method accepted by the Service Provider

The Service Provider may require advance payment or full prepayment.

In case of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service.

5. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellations or modifications should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time whenever possible.

The Service Provider reserves the right to charge the full booking fee in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Exceptions may be granted at the Service Provider’s discretion.

6. Late Arrival

The booked time slot starts at the scheduled time.

In case of late arrival:

• the booking duration is not extended automatically
• the Service Provider is not obliged to compensate lost time

In case of significant delay, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.

7. House Rules

Clients are required to comply with the Black Record Covenant House Rules in force at all times.

The House Rules are available on the Website and are accepted by the client upon using the services.

The Service Provider may restrict or refuse service to individuals who violate the House Rules.

8. Liability

Clients use the premises and equipment at their own risk.

The Service Provider assumes no liability for:

• loss of personal belongings
• theft
• unattended equipment
• force majeure events

The client is fully financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their group.

9. Use of Equipment

All equipment in the rehearsal room and studio must be used properly and as intended.

The Service Provider may refuse the use of certain equipment if:

• its condition may be endangered
• improper use is suspected

10. Studio Work and Audio Recordings

The Service Provider strives to ensure the highest professional quality; however, subjective differences may occur in artistic and creative matters.

Delivered materials are provided:

• in digital format
• according to individual agreement

The Service Provider is not obliged to store raw projects or recordings long-term, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Copyright

The client declares that they are entitled to use any content provided by them.

The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for infringement of third-party copyrights.

The Service Provider may use parts of completed works as reference material, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

12. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is available on the Website.

13. Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• power outage
• internet failure
• natural disasters
• pandemic situations
• official restrictions
• technical failures

14. Complaints Handling

The Service Provider strives to investigate and resolve complaints as soon as possible.

15. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally.

Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

These T&C are governed by Hungarian law.
